We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or has a broken seal is strictly non-returnable.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the item in a discreet shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
